I am on a diet of where most of my calories are frm fruits and vegetable.Will these calories turn into fat too - smoked meat calories
I started a diet in which I am using of 1500-2000 calories per day and most of the calories come frm fruit / vegetables / juice and a very small portion of chicken or beef. I went 2 / 3 situps km everydayand to FRWD and join the search for a gym soon. The problem is that fruit and vegetables. Calories are as bad as meat or processed food calories and fat are stored in the body, through the formation of low today. I know, I walk to lose 200-350 calories each day. Not to mention that I am more advice 6pack of beer or smoke, and 5 / 7 cigrattes everyday.that completely stopped (CAN B 2 / 3 CIGS, but no beer) - PLS drinking use, whether dietary changes should be. Looking FRWD. to lose at least 10 pounds per month. I am pleased with the obesity.PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE HHHEEELLLPPP.

Calories are calories. No matter where they come from.
There are 3,500 calories in a pound. So, if you weigh 200 pounds now, you should lose 3-4 lb per week. To maintain your weight, eat your weight X 15 So when you reach 150 pounds, you maintain that weight by eating 150 x 15 = 2250 calories per day. This assumes a normal level of exercise. Sounds like you're doing more of a "normal".
So you do not store what you do, drink lots of water, I'm happy to leave the beer. Read the labels! All that said, how many calories. No candy, soda is (good diet), no fried foods, butter, pizza, ice cream, almost anything you want! No fast food! A paperback book, you can buy cheap calories in every pharmacy, health, or in the store.
Good luck! You can do it! What can I say! Will! If you are bored, happy, sad, could not be thirsty, drink a little water and brush your teeth. Then you do something that interests you. I wish you good luck! :)

Calorie intake is good ... and it's great not to have unrealistic expectations of themselves.
the only thing I would say it is important to involve all groups of foods in your diet.
but believe me .... not gain weight eating fruit and vegies .... Beware of juice Tho .... They are not usually taken with a high sugar (if, of course)
Surely lose a little weight, since only by all that failed to drink beer!
Personally, I do not think "diet work" to. Since we are talking about almost all the fruits to eat .. If you lose the weight, I doubt that you are looking for the return of food at regular meals. I will not be discouraged if you see something that works, it's great to see!:) But my experience with diets do not work .. Do not eat real food portions.no good for junk food and exercise to do. And you drink half your weight in grams of water per day. So good luck, hope you are with what you are happy.
